Qualifications

• Technical graduate with BE/BTech/MCA/MTech or relevant IT operations experience.
• 2–3 years in production control, application support or IT operations roles.
• Experience with IIS/.NET and MS SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide production control and application support for business-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to web technologies (IIS/.NET) and MS SQL databases.
• Handle live bridge calls during incidents to resolve issues in real time.
• Respond to client requests related to application data and outputs.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using SNOW ticketing tool.
• Perform SQL queries to analyze and validate data as part of issue resolution.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal teams and clients.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation processes.
• Support operations during rotational and night shifts as required.
