Job summary

Ascendion in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced .NET professional to provide L2/L3 production support for healthcare integration workflows. You will debug API calls, analyze SQL data issues, and apply minor fixes in C#/.NET while developing automation scripts for validation and regression testing.

You will collaborate with Dev, QA, and L2 support teams to manage hotfixes, monitor endpoints, and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues. A 24x7 on-call rotation requires flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
• Experience in technical support for healthcare management systems (Facets/GuidingCare) is beneficial.
• Experience with US healthcare claims processing and provider network management is an advantage.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to communicate under high pressure with stakeholders.

• Provide L2 / L3 production support for Guiding Care / US Healthcare integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications.


• Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues.


• Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET.


• Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing.


• Collaborate with L2 support, Dev, and QA teams on hotfixes and releases.


• Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks.


• Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions.


• Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, flexible shifts).

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)


• Extensive experience in technical support, system administration, or development related to healthcare management systems (on Facets / GuidingCare platform) is beneficial.


• Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the US healthcare space is added advantage


• Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.


• Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.


• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situations (Major incidents / Application outage).

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).


• Experience with web services.


• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.


• Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.


• Usage of AI in Application Support.
