Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc is seeking an Infrastructure Project Management/Coordination professional to support network deployment projects. The role involves coordinating resources, planning tasks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will study deployment procedures, review BoMs, and update workflows and dashboards for ongoing infrastructure projects, aligning with TPMs and planners to manage risks and project status.

Qualifications

• Exposure to IT network infrastructure deployment experience (Router, Switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.)
• Sound communication skills
• Shift timing would be US PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for network deployments, including resource planning, task allocation and planning, and regular project tracking and updates.
• Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
• Study infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgMs/Planners.
• Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks.
• Revise documents as new issues arise.
• Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements.
• Update workflows/dashboards and update project status as needed to Infrastructure TPMs.
