The ideal candidate will handle firewall configuration, VPN/Router/Switch management, and provide technical support for users while ensuring robust network security and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer networking and internet connectivity.
• Hands-on experience in hardware installation and configuration.
• Experience in network integration and device provisioning.
• Knowledge of firewall configuration and network security best practices.
• Experience with routers, switches, access points and related networking gear.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle basic DTP work where required.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's IT network infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience in internet connectivity, hardware installation, network integration, firewall configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's network and internet connectivity.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware and networking devices.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, and integration.
• Configure and maintain firewalls to ensure network security.
• Install and configure routers, switches, access points, and other networking equipment.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, internet, and network-related problems.
• Ensure smooth integration of network devices and IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for internet-related issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of network hardware and systems.
• Maintain proper documentation of network configurations and IT assets.
• Handle basic DTP (Desktop Publishing) work as and when required
• Provide technical support to internal users for network and hardware-related issues.

Education

• BCA/MCA/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA will be an added advantage.
