Ray Life Sciences Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Manager (Pharma IT) to oversee IT operations and GMP-compliant computerized systems at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Bengaluru. The role includes managing infrastructure, ERP, LIMS, QC systems, cybersecurity, and audit readiness.

You will lead the IT team, ensure system availability, coordinate CSV activities, and support audits while driving digitalization projects like DMS and LMS.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years IT experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing only.
• Based in Bengaluru with pharma IT focus.
• Experience with GMP-regulated systems and CSV.
• Knowledge of data integrity and audit readiness.
• Degree or diploma in CS/IT

Responsabilités

• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, storage and end-user systems.
• Ensure system availability, security, patch management, backup, restoration and disaster recovery.
• Support IT systems in GMP-regulated environments and coordinate Computerized System Validation (CSV) activities.
• Maintain IT SOPs, system documentation, access records and audit evidence.
• Support internal, customer and regulatory audits and close IT-related observations.
• Support LIMS, HPLC/GC instrument software and other QC lab applications, including data backup, access control and availability.
• Manage and support ERP (SAP or other manufacturing ERP), including upgrades, testing and user access.
• Support DMS, LMS and other digitalization initiatives.
• Implement and monitor network security, endpoint protection and data protection controls.
• Manage IT vendors, SLAs, assets and budgets, and prepare MIS reports.
• Lead and guide the IT team and resolve business-critical issues on time.

Candidate Profile

• 5 to 15 years of IT experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing only.


• Currently based in Bengaluru.


• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cybersecurity and backup/recovery.


• Hands-on experience with GMP-regulated systems and CSV.


• Experience with LIMS and/or QC lab systems and instrument data management.


• Knowledge of data integrity, access controls and audit readiness.


• Good troubleshooting, project coordination and stakeholder management skills.


• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Good to Have

• SAP or other manufacturing ERP experience.


• Exposure to DMS, LMS, electronic batch records or digital logbooks.


• Certifications in networking, cybersecurity, cloud or CSV.


• Experience handling USFDA or customer audits.
