Job summary

Swivelt Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s internal IT infrastructure and take ownership of ERP and CRM platforms across multiple countries.

You will ensure system reliability, security, and alignment with operational needs while driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include administering ERP/CRM, configuring access controls, leading implementations, and coordinating with HR, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on ERP and/or CRM administration experience.

ERP & CRM Administration (Primary Responsibility)

• Administer, maintain, and optimize ERP and CRM platforms.
• Configure users, roles, permissions, workflows, and security settings.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, releases, and new feature deployments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Lead ERP/CRM implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Perform data migration, cleansing, validation, and master data management.
• Design dashboards, reports, and analytics for business users.
• Troubleshoot ERP/CRM issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Train internal users and provide Level 2/3 application support.

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage servers, cloud infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint security.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices, access management, and compliance.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management.
• Manage software licensing and vendor relationships.
• Lead IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor IT support staff.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and Product teams.
• Manage relationships with ERP/CRM vendors and external partners.
• Define IT policies, governance, and best practices.
• Prepare IT budgets and technology roadmaps.

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s internal IT infrastructure while taking ownership of the administration, management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ERP and CRM platforms. The successful candidate will ensure business systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with operational needs across multiple countries.

Experience in an Employer of Record (EoR), HRTech, Payroll, FinTech, or SaaS environment is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on ERP and/or CRM administration experience.
