Hungry Bird Resources is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the PAN India IT infrastructure and related processes. In this role, you will manage operating system installations, inventory, and vendor relationships while ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, along with strong experience in IT management, particularly with C-Zentrix. Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working with varied operating systems including Microsoft and Linux.

As an IT Manager, you will be managing the entire PAN India IT infrastructure, policies, and processes across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft, Linux & Max operating systems for various teams
• Support VPN
• Manage inventory & procurement
• Maintain Server, LAN, hardware, firewall, call center server C-Zentrix
• Incidence & SLA management
• Stakeholder management
• Conduct IT & security reviews with various stakeholders
• Project & manage the budget
• Collaborate with business & admin team to ensure smooth implementation
• Build & manage the relationships with various vendors
• Plan the structure for the IT Team, hire & deploy
• Build, own & drive the KRAs and targets of the team
• Motivate the team to be 100% efficient & productive at all times

Requirements

• Any graduation, preferably in Computer Science background
• 3+ years of strong experience in a similar role
• Strong business acumen
• Problem solving nature
• Data driven & hustler in nature
• Keen interest in startups & in building things from the scratch
