Job Description OVERALL OBJECTIVES: As part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team for Eurofins Food, Feed & Agro Testing Europe, you will join a growing international team to maintain newly deployed segregated IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups server, storage and backup infrastructures. Your role is to support daily operations tasks and project workloads including design and implementation of new infrastructure or migration of existing network components. You will collaborate with multiple IT Support and Delivery Teams on a daily basis. It requires MS Server OS, AD, ESXi Storage and Backup engineering skills. An open mind and ability to cooperate with multiple individuals in a multicultural environment is essential. You will have an opportunity to drive Eurofins major IT Infrastructure transition and transformation across Food, Feed & Agro Testing Europe businesses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current IT User Zones and IT Application Availability MS Server OS, AD, ESXi/Hyper-V Storage and Backup infrastructure
• Design, plan and implement IT Infrastructure Transformation, Integration, or Segregation across Food and Environment testing businesses across Europe. Projects will include installations, configuration and migrations of enterprise-level IT infrastructure systems from legacy to new solutions
• Propose and deliver solutions that meet business needs in terms of security, cost and bandwidth
• Collaborate with Network, Cloud (Azure/AWS), and Application teams to deliver IT Infrastructure as part of wider projects; act with an end-to-end view of the infrastructure
• Document the delivered solutions and help transition the service to regional teams in the final stage of the project

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in server (virtual & physical) infrastructure design and transitions
• VMware: Support, HA/DRS, Standard/Distributed switch, Resource Pools, ESXi server hardware sizing
• Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 deployment & support, File servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange
• SCCM experience
• Automation with PowerShell, Ansible, etc.
• Storage: Fibre Channel SAN, Fibre Channel Switch configuration
• Networking: DNS, DHCP (with failover)
• Windows PKI (offline root, sub)
• Monitoring tools
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to present technical projects in meetings
