• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: address technical issues, provide solutions, and conduct root cause analysis for network or system problems.
• Documentation and reporting: prepare technical documentation, cost estimates, status reports, and project documentation.
• Site management: conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure work is completed efficiently including HOTO to operations team.
