Job summary

Sia is seeking an IT Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain Meraki and UniFi networks across 45 offices in 19 countries. You will automate tasks with PowerShell/Python, administer Microsoft 365/Azure, and provide Level 3 support for complex issues.

You will work with a global team, contribute to IT integration during acquisitions, and occasionally travel internationally. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• ,3 to 5 years hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi network solutions is required.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and low-voltage cabling.
• Experience administering the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Python) and experience with API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API), applied to automation and administration.
• Good understanding of cloud architectures and cybersecurity practices.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory to interact with international teams.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders (VIP support).

Responsibilities

Job Description

Reporting to the IT Manager and part of the IT Project & Cybersecurity team of 5 people, you will contribute to the quality of Sia's network infrastructure, security, and advanced-level support across our 45 offices in 19 countries, with a strong focus on the company's Meraki and UniFi network environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's Meraki network infrastructure, including firewall administration.

• Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's UniFi network infrastructure: switches, access points (AP), and related equipment.

• Installation and configuration of network equipment: access points, switches, firewalls, and low-voltage cabling.

• Network configuration and setup for new and international office openings.

• Administration of part of the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.

• Design, development, and execution of complex PowerShell/Python scripts and API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API) to automate network and administration tasks.

• Level 3 support on complex network and application issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, security, Intune, etc.).

• Data migration via ShareGate / Microsoft Graph API scripting.

• Writing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.

• Participation in IT integration as part of new company acquisitions.

• Occasional international travel outside India, as required.
