Sia is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our global IT backbone across 45 offices in 19 countries. You will design, deploy, and maintain Meraki and UniFi networks, automate tasks with PowerShell/Python, and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure. Travel internationally may be required.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in network administration, strong scripting skills, and fluency in English for international collaboration.

• Good understanding of cloud architectures and cybersecurity practices.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, for international collaboration.
• Interpersonal skills for interactions with senior stakeholders and VIP support.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in IT integration during acquisitions.
• Occasional international travel outside India as required.

Job Description

Reporting to the IT Manager and part of the IT Project & Cybersecurity team of 5 people, you will contribute to the quality of Sia's network infrastructure, security, and advanced-level support across our 45 offices in 19 countries, with a strong focus on the company's Meraki and UniFi network environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's Meraki network infrastructure, including firewall administration.

Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's UniFi network infrastructure: switches, access points (AP), and related equipment.

Installation and configuration of network equipment: access points, switches, firewalls, and low-voltage cabling.

Network configuration and setup for new and international office openings.

Administration of part of the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.

Design, development, and execution of complex PowerShell/Python scripts and API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API) to automate network and administration tasks.

Level 3 support on complex network and application issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, security, Intune, etc.).

Writing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.

Participation in IT integration as part of new company acquisitions.

Occasional international travel outside India, as required.

Qualifications

You have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration.

Proven, hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi network solutions is required.

You have solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and low-voltage cabling.

You have experience administering the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.

You have strong scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Python) and experience with API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API), applied to automation and administration.

You have a good understanding of cloud architectures and cybersecurity practices.

Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory to interact with international teams.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact with senior stakeholders (VIP support).

Your key strengths include prioritization, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork.

You are proactive, open‑minded, and results‑oriented.

You are willing to travel internationally outside India, as required.
