Job summary

Sia is seeking an IT Network Infrastructure Specialist to contribute to the quality of our global network environment. You will design, deploy, and maintain Meraki and UniFi infrastructures across 45 offices in 19 countries, while automating tasks with PowerShell/Python and managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on network experience, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and UniFi network solutions.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and cabling.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• Proficient in PowerShell and/or Python; API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph).
• Understanding of cloud architectures and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Interpersonal skills with VIP stakeholders; able to interact with senior teams.
• Strong prioritization, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel internationally outside India.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain UniFi network infrastructure: switches, APs, and related equipment.
• Install and configure network equipment: APs, switches, firewalls, and low-voltage cabling.
• Configure networks for new and international office openings.
• Administer Microsoft environment: M365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure.
• Develop and execute PowerShell/Python scripts and API integrations to automate tasks.
• Provide Level 3 support on complex network and application issues.
• Perform data migration via ShareGate / Graph API scripting.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in IT integration during acquisitions.
• Occasional international travel outside India as required.

Job Description

Reporting to the IT Manager and part of the IT Project & Cybersecurity team of 5 people, you will contribute to the quality of Sia's network infrastructure, security, and advanced-level support across our 45 offices in 19 countries, with a strong focus on the company's Meraki and UniFi network environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's Meraki network infrastructure, including firewall administration.
• Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's UniFi network infrastructure: switches, access points (AP), and related equipment.
• Installation and configuration of network equipment: access points, switches, firewalls, and low-voltage cabling.
• Network configuration and setup for new and international office openings.
• Administration of part of the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• Design, development, and execution of complex PowerShell/Python scripts and API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API) to automate network and administration tasks.
• Level 3 support on complex network and application issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, security, Intune, etc).
• Data migration via ShareGate / Microsoft Graph API scripting.
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.
• Participation in IT integration as part of new company acquisitions.
• Occasional international travel outside India, as required.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi network solutions is required.
• You have solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and low-voltage cabling.
• You have experience administering the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• You have strong scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Python) and experience with API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API), applied to automation and administration.
• You have a good understanding of cloud architectures and cybersecurity practices.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory to interact with international teams.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact with senior stakeholders (VIP support).
• Your key strengths include prioritization, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork.
• You are proactive, open-minded, and results-oriented.
• You are willing to travel internationally outside India, as required.
