Job summary

Interspence Solutions LLP is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst for Mumbai (Andheri East) with remote work. The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, and coordinating with vendors to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.

You will deploy and maintain VMs/containers, manage upgrades, monitor performance, and script common tasks. Strong Windows/Linux admin skills and VMware/Kubernetes expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Windows and Linux administration and management.
• In depth knowledge of Windows server.
• Good knowledge of Linux (RedHat, CentOS).
• In depth knowledge of VMWare.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience in managing VMWare and Kubernetes environments including installation and upgrades.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP and SNMP.
• Good knowledge of networking.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Good learner and able to pick up new technology quickly.

• Proactively deploy and maintain multiple virtual machines and containers to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.
• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.
• Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
• Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes.
• Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks.
• Collaborate with other teams and team members to effectively support and manage various systems.

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Analyst

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Operation Hours: 8 Hours (Morning and Afternoon Shift)

Position Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for providing production support and working on assigned technical initiatives in an efficient/effective manner. This includes alerts being received through escalations from the monitoring team, through automated email alerts, and end-user escalations. The IT Infrastructure Analyst is expected to attend to all issues and either resolve them in a timely manner within the prescribed SLA or elevate to Tier 3 for resolution. The IT Infrastructure Analyst will also have to liaison with other 3rd parties (hardware vendors, data centre staff, product support, etc.) to coordinate the resolution of incidents and alerts.
