Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, patch management, and device compliance across the organization.
• Administer AD, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls to maintain secure identity management.
• Ensure optimal performance of Windows/Linux servers, including monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
• Enforce IT security standards, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Designation: IT Infra Support

Role Overview:

The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes managing networking systems, endpoint devices, Active Directory (AD), and server environments to ensure high availability, security, and scalability. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management:

• Networking:
  • Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols to ensure reliable connectivity and data protection.

• Active Directory & Identity Management:
  • Administer AD, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls to maintain secure and efficient identity management.
• Server Management:

• Security & Compliance:
  • Enforce IT security standards, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPNs)
  • Endpoint Management tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Windows/Linux Server Administration
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNA/CCNP
• ITIL Foundation
