The role focuses on IT infrastructure projects, budgeting, audits with external auditors, and ensuring compliance across ITGCs and ITACs. Candidates should have 8–12 years of IT project management experience in infrastructure and cloud environments. Ideal applicants hold ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 certifications and possess solid knowledge of AWS/Azure, VMware, and networking.

Summary: A Software Asset Management (SAM) plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and retirement of software licenses and subscriptions within an organization.

Duties & Responsibilities: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 8–12 years of experience to join our PMO, Audit & Compliance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT Project Management in IT Infrastructure, IT Audit (ITGC& ITACs) and Compliance and Budget Management. The person should have experience handling IT Infra projects, manage Infra budget and handle Infra audits with external Auditors of big 4 Audit firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Planning & Execution: Developing project charters, Detailed Project Plans (DPP), and schedules.
• Infrastructure Focus: Implementing hardware, software, data centers, and network upgrades (servers, firewalls, cabling).
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors/suppliers.
• Risk & Security Management: Identifying potential risks to infrastructure, such as cyber threats, and ensuring compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Creating project status reports, dashboards, and managing documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting testing (UAT, security testing) and ensuring deliverables meet standard.
• Cost Control & Tracking: Monitoring expenditures throughout the project lifecycle to keep projects within approved financial limits.
• Budgeting and Compliance: Creating detailed budgets by estimating costs for hardware, software, labor, and licenses. Review and manage IT budget for infrastructure spend across IT assets, license, labour and infra projects. Providing regular financial reporting to management
• IT Infrastructure Audit: Evaluate the design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of IT General Controls (ITGCs) like Access Controls, Change Management, Security Management, Operations Management, Backup and Recovery. Evaluate the design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of IT Application Controls (ITACs) like Input, Processing and Output Controls along with Integrity Controls, Authorization and Validation across various environments. Perform access controls testing, including user provisioning, segregation of duties (SoD), password policies, and privileged access IT Infra and other corporate IT applications. Lead and/or support SOX 404 compliance audits including walkthroughs, control testing, and remediation tracking. Engage with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and walkthroughs related to IT controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 to 12 Years experience in project management for infrastructure (e.g., data center migrations, cloud, network).
• Certified ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 practitioner.
• Sound technical knowledge in AWS/Azure, virtualization (VMware), and networking (Cisco/Juniper).
• Solid understanding of ITGC (IT General Controls) and ITACs (IT Application Controls).
• Big 4 consulting or assurance experience would be added advantage.
