Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and roadmaps to support business goals and digital transformation.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, software, hardware, and system performance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations, managing backups and disaster recovery.
• Project Leadership: Manage IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Budget & Resources: Manage IT budgets, optimize resource allocation, and coordinate with vendors.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and leadership to IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation.
