Job summary

Hotel Parle International is seeking an IT support professional to join our hotel operations. The role requires hands-on experience with hotel IT systems, Windows installation and configuration, and strong hardware/network troubleshooting.

The candidate should be local to Mumbai, able to work in a second shift, and familiar with CCTV maintenance. Knowledge of IDS software is essential for daily incident resolution and system upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum hardware experience with 4 years
• Must have worked in Hotel Industry
• Local Candidate from Mumbai only will be preferred
• Ready to work in Second Shift.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot desktop systems.
• Maintain CCTV systems.
