PeopleStrong seeks a Manufacturing Excellence & System Analyst (MESA) to bridge manufacturing operations with digital technology. You will identify process improvements, translate requirements into system specs, and support the development of digital solutions across shop-floor processes, production planning, and engineering workflows.

Competenze

• Experience in heavy fabrication/manufacturing industries (6+ years).
• Understanding of Production Planning, Shop Floor Operations, Welding, or Engineering Design.
• Exposure to enterprise integration and data analytics concepts.

Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence & System Analyst (MESA)

Job Description:

Position Overview

Candidate will be responsible for bridging manufacturing operations & digital technology by identifying process improvement opportunities, translating operational requirements into system requirements & supporting the development of digital solutions.

Role requires an understanding of shop-floor processes, production planning, quality, welding, materials and engineering workflows, along with exposure to application development, data analytics, and enterprise system integration.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production, SCM, Planning, Quality etc. cross functional teams to gather & document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional & technical specification for development teams
• Getting solution build, deploy, and maintain using low-code and full-stack technologies
• Conduct Business Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify where manual processes can be replaced by digital automation.
• Co-ordinate with NOC, SOC, Infra team for solution implementation.
• Integrate custom software and dashboards with core legacy systems viz. PLM – QMS – ERP – Scheduling etc.
• Prepare documents (BRD/FD/TD etc), wireframes & prototypes,
• Ensure seamless development & on time delivery with uncompromised user experience and easy adoption by business users.
• Data analytics solution for real time analysis & insights
• Manage project development sprints, code pipelines, user stories, ITQA and feature releases using DevOps.

Qualifications and Preferences

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience from heavy fabrication - manufacturing, automotive, forging, or any such industry.
• The Ideal Blueprint: Prior experience in dept. viz. Production Planning, Shop Floor Operations, Welding, or Engineering Design

Technical Skills & Tool Expertise

Preferable to have candidate having exposure to a combination of the following tools and technologies:

• Enterprise Modules: Core functional exposure to PLM-QMS-ERP
• Design Software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, NX, Ansys
• Scheduling: MS-Project, Primavera, Concerto
• Development & Frameworks: Mendix (Low Code), .NET, MVC, Angular, React, Flutter, Native Mobile Development.
