THE ROLE

Exciting career opportunity for a motivated L2 IT Engineer who is ready to take their technical skills and client-focus to the next level by joining our growing Support Engineering team. To be successful in this role you are passionate about technology and love to work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver an exceptional 'service experience'. You understand the value and importance of IT to an organisation and can demonstrate the ability to analyse complex challenges to identify and implement a solution. You are well-organised, reliable and thrive working autonomously or in a team environment.

Requirements

• Superior knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform
• MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Active Directory & Entra ID
• Windows 10/11 and Office Suite
• Managed endpoints lifecycle using Microsoft Intune
• Developed RBAC policies
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a large team
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  
  

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Proficient in Powershell scripting for automating IT tasks
• Create custom winget packages or PSAppDeploy
• Configure profiles on Intune with a focus of device compliance
• Additional Technologies:

• Windows Autopilot and ESP provisioning
• Modern App Packaging and deployment
