We are seeking a highly skilled .Net Microservices Tech Lead professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and implement robust backend services and APIs while leveraging AI development tools to enhance productivity. You'll work on building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs under the guidance of senior architects, gaining valuable experience in cloud-native development and modern backend architecture patterns.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain scalable Web APIs using .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8
• Build robust microservices following domain-driven design principles
• Implement gRPC services for high-performance inter-service communication
• Design and optimize database schemas and data access layers using Entity Framework Core
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing and peer review participation
• AI-Assisted Development:
• Learn and utilize AI-powered development tools for code generation and optimization
• Participate in AI-enhanced development workflows and best practices
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing on AI tool effectiveness for backend development
• Leverage AI assistants for debugging, code review, and performance optimization
• Quality & Performance:
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and API tests
• Optimize application performance and database queries
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Follow coding standards and contribute to technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-12 years of professional experience with .NET backend development
• 6+ years of production-level C# and ASP.NET Core Web API development
• 3+ years of experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms
• Experience working in agile development environments with CI/CD practices
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
• Understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture patterns
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges
• Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards
• Ability to write maintainable, testable, and well-documented code
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and documentation
• Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams

• gRPC: Experience with Protocol Buffers and high-performance service communication
• Message Queues: Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging systems
• API Gateway: Understanding of API management and gateway patterns
• Event-Driven Architecture: Experience with event sourcing and CQRS patterns
• Docker: Containerization experience and Docker best practices
• CI/CD: Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar pipeline tools
• Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with ARM templates, Terraform, or similar tools
• Advanced Backend Skills:
• Authentication & Security: OAuth 2.0, JWT, Identity Server, Azure AD integration
• Caching: Redis, in-memory caching, and distributed caching strategies
• Performance Optimization: Profiling tools, memory management, and scalability patterns
