Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Pune is seeking an experienced software professional to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions. You will contribute to technical direction for integrated business applications and provide consultation to ensure new and existing software is developed effectively.

This role involves leading SDLC activities, collaborating across IT and business teams, and mentoring the technical staff to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 6+ years of software development experience; without a degree, 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience across SDLC projects.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Familiarity with Backstage or similar developer portal platforms.
• 2+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Python.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile teams.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and container technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports business and IT projects, ensuring priorities, timelines, resources, policies, and procedures are effectively managed.
• Designs, develops, and delivers secure, scalable, resilient, high-volume applications using DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Translates business and functional requirements into technical designs, application components, and software solutions.
• Collaborates with Business Analysts, architects, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Provides technical recommendations and ensures solutions align with architectural standards, design patterns, and industry best practices.
• Leads incident management, troubleshooting, implementation, and post-production support for complex application issues.
• Supports integration, unit, and user acceptance testing by performing triage, defect fixes, and test validation.
• Develops and maintains technical specifications, documentation, interfaces, APIs, and application components.
• Leads and mentors technical team members throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Participates in project estimation, planning, resource coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Applies database concepts, data modeling, architecture, security, and information management principles to application solutions.
• Ensures data accessibility, integrity, security, retrievability, and proper information handling across systems.
