Shift time - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Location - Pune

This technical leader position is also responsible for driving the development of internet applications and software tools. This includes collaborating with product teams to understand and define the product vision, and overseeing the development and support of end-to-end solutions including architecting, designing, developing, and testing member-facing applications/systems using cloud, content management systems (CMS) and traditional integrations. This position is also responsible for driving the development of cloud applications, CMS, and integration solutions on a variety of platforms; researching and resolving technical issues and recommending appropriate interventions/modifications on critical issues; and ensuring work processes and products meet IT security and development standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; promoting adherence to all procedures and policies; developing work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; determining and carrying out processes and methodologies; coordinating and delegating resources to accomplish organizational goals; partnering internally and externally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating issues or risks, as appropriate; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; evaluating recommendations made; and influencing the completion of project tasks by others.
• Serve as the primary architect and administrator for key digital platforms including Adobe Launch, SiteSpect, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and OneTrust Consent Management, ensuring optimal configuration, governance, and performance.
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced integrations across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CMS platforms (e.g., AEM), and third-party marketing/analytics tools.
• Architect and support data pipelines and ETL workflows to ingest data into AEP (e.g., RTCDP, CJA) and export data to platforms like Databricks, ensuring data quality, scalability, and compliance.
• Provide senior technical leadership to the squad, mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and guiding solution design across experimentation, analytics, and personalization initiatives.
• Prototype and validate new digital experience solutions, including instrumentation frameworks, campaign orchestration logic, and real-time personalization strategies.
• Oversee mobile app analytics and A/B testing instrumentation, ensuring consistent tracking and experimentation across iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineering, marketing, and product teams to align technical solutions with business goals and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA/PHI).
• Define and enforce best practices for DevSecOps, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing for digital experience codebases.
• Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new tools and technologies to enhance digital analytics, experimentation, and consent management capabilities.
• Ensure platform configurations and data flows meet IT security standards, privacy policies, and performance benchmarks.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications"Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and six (6) years experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Minimum five (5) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
• Minimum two (2) years in a technical lead role with or without direct reports.
• Minimum four (4) years experience developing and/or implementing web-based applications.
• Minimum three(3) years experience in developing and utilizing cloud based technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Minimum three(3) years experience working with web application frameworks (e.g., Angular, HTML5, CSS, javascript, etc.).
