Job summary

Anudip is seeking an IT Cum Soft Skill Faculty to train, identify differently-abled youth for upcoming batches, and arrange training locations and infrastructure in North Bengal and surrounding regions.

You will counsel trainees to join courses and jobs, review resumes, conduct mock interviews, and monitor progress across sessions, leveraging MS Office and regular activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate with professional training in Soft Skill and IT.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel to remote areas for connecting beneficiaries and conducting trainings.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Imparting training on assigned courses.
• Map and identify differently-abled youth for the next batch.
• Identify training location and infrastructure as per the requirement.
• Counsel the differently-abled youth to join the course and to join a job after the training.
• Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process.
• Conduct mock interviews.
• Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
• Maintain students attendance and records of batch-wise attendance.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• Observe and maintain records of student progress and development.
• Counsel students with academic issues and provide encouragement.
• Groom the students to prepare for jobs.
• Coordinate with Admin, accounts and other teams as needed.
• Escort students to job interview locations on interview dates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Imparting training on assigned courses.
• Mapping and identifying Differently-Abled youth for the next batch.
• Identifying training location and infrastructure as per the requirement.
• Counseling the Differently-Abled Youth to join the course and to join a job after the training.
• Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process.
• Conducting mock interviews.
• Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
• Maintain students attendance as per the policy and Keep proper records and documents of batch wise students attendance.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• Observe and maintain proper records of student s progress and development.
• Counseling of students with academic issues and challenges and provide encouragement to the students.
• Groom the students to prepare for jobs.
• Need to coordinate with the Admin, accounts and other support functional teams time to time as per the requirement.
• Need to escort the students to the job interview locations on the dates of interviews.
• Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organizational needs

Desired profile:

• Minimum Graduate
• Relevant Experience in years : 1year

• Professional behavior and attitude towards responsibilities and organizational policies
• Computer literacy with sound knowledge of updated Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel to remote areas for connecting beneficiaries and stakeholders

• Ability to organize tasks to save time and effort.
• Adaptability skills.
• Knowledge on social media and groups over virtual platform.
