Job summary

r3 Consultant is seeking a Senior Team Lead – Contracts in Pune with 5–8 years of experience to manage and drive contract drafting, validation, and governance. The role involves leading a contracts team, ensuring compliance with policies, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders.

The incumbent will oversee contract lifecycle activities, mitigate risks, and mentor junior members to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across commercial, vendor, client, employment, and service

Qualifications

• Good understanding of compliance, documentation, and risk assessment.
