Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader committed to advancing health. We are seeking a Regional IT Business Partner to own end-to-end IT delivery for logistics and RDC operations across Greater Asia in Bengaluru, India.

You will partner with regional leaders to manage ERP/WMS deployments, 3PL transitions, and regional transformations, ensuring smooth cutovers and stable operations across multi-country environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with strong focus on logistics, distribution, or RDC operations.
• Proven experience supporting APAC / Greater Asia supply chain environments.
• Strong hands-on exposure to ERP (SAP ECC, S/4, JDE), WMS (Manhattan), and warehouse integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior regional business leaders and manage complex change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated IT Business Partner for Greater Asia logistics and distribution operations, including RDC-heavy footprints.
• Partner with Regional ISC and Operations leaders to support warehouse moves, RDC start-ups/shut-downs, and capacity shifts.
• Act as the single point of IT accountability for logistics initiatives in the region.
• Lead IT engagement for APM integration activities impacting Greater Asia, including readiness, localization, and warehouse transitions.
• Support regional ERP and supply chain system deployments, ensuring smooth cutover and interim flow design.
• Drive IT alignment for 3PL onboarding, exit, or migration scenarios common in the region.
• Own end-to-end IT delivery for logistics and RDC-related capabilities (ERP, WMS, TMS, integrations, reporting).
• Ensure operational stability during hypercare, peak periods, and regulatory-sensitive transitions.
• Proactively manage risks related to data, interfaces, cutovers, and local process deviations.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Business Partnership (Greater Asia Focus)

Execution, Stability & Readiness

• Own end‑to‑end IT delivery for logistics and RDC‑related capabilities (ERP, WMS, TMS, integrations, reporting)
• Ensure operational stability during hypercare, peak periods, and regulatory-sensitive transitions
• Proactively manage risks related to data, interfaces, cutovers, and local process deviations

Regional Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Operate within global TGS governance while tailoring execution to Greater Asia regional realities
• Provide clear status, risk, and decision communications to regional and global leadership
• Support ASR inputs, funding justification, and sequencing for regional logistics IT demand

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with system integrators, 3PL IT teams, and local vendors across multiple countries
• Support transition from interim/contract resources to a sustainable long‑term operating model

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience , with strong focus on logistics, distribution, or RDC operations
• Proven experience supporting APAC / Greater Asia supply chain environments
• Strong hands‑on exposure to ERP (SAP ECC, S/4, JDE), WMS (e.g., Manhattan), and warehouse integrations
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior regional business leaders and manage complex change

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting RDC moves, 3PL transitions, or greenfield warehouse deployments
• Prior involvement in global program localization or post‑merger integration in Asia
• Experience operating in highly regulated, multi‑country logistics environments
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across time zones and diverse teams

ASR / Leadership Rationale (Optional Section)

• Greater Asia logistics operations are undergoing significant transformation driven by APM integration and RDC changes , materially increasing IT demand
• Current coverage relies on interim and contractor support through hypercare only
• A dedicated senior IT BP enables regional execution readiness, risk reduction, and faster stabilization
• Early hiring allows onboarding while programs are still active, improving knowledge transfer and long‑term outcomes
