As an IT Business Analyst within the BST Grid Integration (GI) Application Delivery Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing anportfolio of critical business applications that support our Grid Integration initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders, development, and operations to ensure our application landscape delivers maximum business value, innovation, and user satisfaction.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E. or B.Tech.)
• Should have 4-7 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a complex IT environment, preferably within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
• Should have experience in understand and Building Power BI Reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and model business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
• Experience working with development and operations teams to deliver high-quality application support and enhancements.
• Experience in Azure DevOps and ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus but not a requirement.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Demonstrates effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity, while applying sound judgment, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining accountability for outcomes
