Job summary

Unison Group is looking for an IT/Technical Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will work with business users, developers, QA, and data teams to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and align with strategic goals.

The role requires strong SQL skills, hands-on AI tooling experience, and a solid understanding of banking/payment processes, with emphasis on requirements, user stories, and UAT.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an IT/Technical Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL - ability to write queries and perform data analysis/validation.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, productivity, or business problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
• Knowledge of Debit/Credit transactions and Payments.
• Good understanding of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and UAT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, or similar BA/project tools
