• Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software, and cloud assets.
• Ensure asset lifecycle control from procurement to disposal.
• Monitor software license compliance and vendor agreements.
• Lead periodic asset audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, Information Security, and business teams.
• Drive asset utilization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage asset management tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, SCCM, or equivalent.
• Prepare management dashboards, KPI reports, and compliance reports.
• Ensure secure disposal and data destruction of retired assets.
