Job summary

Divami Design Labs Private Limited is seeking a Junior IT Administrator to provide IT support, perform system maintenance, software installations, and data backup. You will troubleshoot issues, document steps taken, and assist with network and security monitoring while collaborating with a proactive team.

Requirements include 0–1 year of IT experience, a bachelor’s degree, and basic knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0–1 year of IT support or administration experience (internships, part‑time roles, or self‑taught experience welcome).
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of network concepts (IP, DNS, routers, switches).
• Basic knowledge of hardware components (computers, printers, servers).
• Basic knowledge of office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with a proactive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with ability to follow instructions.
• Added advantage: IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals; basic network security knowledge; cloud familiarity (Google Cloud or Azure).
