Job summary

Ipsaa Holdings is hiring an IT Administrator to oversee CCTV, network, servers, CRM support and email management across centres in India. The role requires 5–7 years of IT administration experience and hands‑on expertise with CCTV systems, networks, server maintenance, and IT security policies.

You will provide both remote and on‑site support across multiple centres, coordinate with vendors, and ensure uptime and data protection while enabling smooth centre operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IT administration.
• Experience managing CCTV, networking, servers and helpdesk.
• Familiar with CRM systems and official email management.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and monitor CCTV, DVR/NVR across centres.
• Manage routers, switches and Wi‑Fi at all centres; liaise with ISPs.
• Oversee in‑house servers, backups, user access and file sharing.
• Train and support CRM users; coordinate with CRM vendor for issues.
• Manage official email systems (GoDaddy, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Provide remote and on‑site IT support to all centres; handle hardware upkeep.
• Enforce IT security and data protection policies across locations.
• Set up IT for new centres; manage IT vendors and AMCs.

Job Description IT Administrator

Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in IT Administration

Key Responsibilities

1. CCTV Management (All Centres)

• Install, maintain and monitor CCTV, DVR/NVR at all centres.
• Ensure footage recording, storage and remote viewing access.
• Coordinate with CCTV vendors for setup, AMC and repairs.

2. Wi-Fi & Network (PAN India)

• Manage routers, switches and Wi-Fi at all centres.
• Coordinate with ISPs for new connections and outages.
• Keep internet uptime high with backup links.

3. In-house Server Management

• Manage servers, user access and file sharing.
• Run regular data backups and security updates.

4. CRM Support

• Manage CRM users, roles and access.
• Train staff and coordinate with CRM vendor for issues.

5. Official Email Management

• Manage official email (GoDaddy, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Create/delete email IDs, manage domain, DNS and SSL renewals.

6. Hardware & Helpdesk

• Maintain laptops, desktops, printers and biometric devices.
• Provide remote and on-site support to all centres.

7. IT Security & Data Protection

• Protect child, parent and staff data; enforce IT policies.

8. New Centre Setup & Vendors

• Set up IT (internet, CCTV, devices, email) for new centres.
• Manage IT vendors, AMCs and purchases.
