Job description

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive fresher to coordinate and implement ISO systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal ISO audits across departments and identify gaps/non-conformities.
• Follow up with departments for corrective actions and closure of audit findings.
• Maintain ISO documentation, records, SOPs, formats, and checklists as required.
• Coordinate external ISO audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure departments follow defined processes and maintain required records.
• Prepare audit reports, trackers, presentations, and other MIS.
• Support Management Review Meetings and maintain action points.
• Assist in developing or updating documentation whenever processes change.
• Work closely with the Director and coordinate with different departments for system implementation and improvement.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Fresher with any graduate degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with systems, documentation, and data.
• Good attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
