Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a skilled SAP ECC FICO specialist to join their finance support team. You will handle GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling, support month-end/year-end closes, and diagnose incidents across interfaces with SD and MM.

Responsibilities include resolving finance incidents, supporting financial close, and delivering minor configuration changes. Strong communication with business users and vendors is essential.

Project-specific requirements

• Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
• Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business users, HMH Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
• Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
• Ability to support high-priority finance incidents and close-cycle peaks.
