Job summary

Cerebra IT Services & Consulting is seeking an ISAM Engineer to build and support ISAM platforms for clients in Mumbai. You will coordinate ISAM implementation, deploy servers, and troubleshoot end-to-end, handling outages and tickets while ensuring SLAs.

Strong ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations, SSO with IBM Access Manager, and MFA/OAuth/OIDC experience are essential. Knowledge of TDS and related components is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong ISAM experience with Base, AAC and Federation modules.
• Hands-on ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations and production support.
• SSO solutions using IBM Access Manager; federated SSO with SAML.
• MFA, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms knowledge.
• Knowledge of TDS, EAI, PD Admin, and related components.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a functional ISAM platform for the client.
• Coordinate ISAM implementation and operations with teams.
• Deploy ISAM servers and perform end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Manage server configurations, policies, registries, clustering and junctions.
• Handle production issues, outages, and support tickets; ensure SLAs.
