Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a senior IAM expert to lead implementation and governance of ISAM-based authentication across on-prem and cloud apps.

You will design scalable identity solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with security architects to ensure regulatory compliance and high availability. Responsibilities include migration of legacy systems, implementing MFA, and establishing robust access controls using WebSEAL AAC Federation and OIDC/SAML.

Formación

• 8+ years IAM experience.
• 5+ years hands-on IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) experience.
• Strong expertise with ISAM v10.0.8 components (WebSEAL AAC Federation, OAuth/OIDC, SAML 2.0, MFA).
• LDAP/AD integration and session management know-how.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and cloud security integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for ISAM environments.
• Lead solution design, implementation planning, and production deployments.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex authentication, authorization, and federation issues.
• Mentor and coach engineers and administrators on IAM best practices and operational excellence.

• Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions using IBM Security Access Manager v10.0.8.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for production IAM environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve security and access-related issues.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability.
• Manage high-availability and disaster recovery configurations.
• Support patching, upgrade planning, and platform lifecycle management.
• Ensure IAM solutions align with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct security assessments and design reviews.
• Support audit activities and compliance reporting.
• Implement security best practices around privileged access and authentication controls.
• Collaborate with security architects, application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
• Participate in technical design sessions, and governance forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) experience.
• Strong expertise with IBM Security Access Manager v10.0.8 components including:

• OAuth and OIDC Services
