Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an IAM specialist with 4–15 years IT experience to design and implement ISAM/IAM solutions for banking apps. You will configure MFA, SSO, and identity protocols while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include deploying IAM solutions, leading technical teams, mentoring juniors, and ensuring SDLC compliance across environments. Strong scripting, DevOps, and deployment planning skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in CS/IT with 4–15 years IT experience.
• 3–5+ years' experience in ISAM, IAM domain (CIAM, EIAM)
• 3–5 years of banking technology solution design experience in IAM
• Strong understanding in ISAM, ISVA, AAC, WebSeal/Reverse Proxy, MFA
• ISAM implementation for banking apps using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Ansible, Azure Pipelines, DevOps tools
• Strong understanding of Federation SSO and MFAs, deployment planning and SDLC leadership

• Create deployment plans and support executing them in various environments.
• Experience with Team Management, Technical Leadership & Mentoring
• Expert in managing and executing all phases of SDLC
• Strong analytical, relationship management, Presentation, Written & Verbal communication skills

• Strong understanding in tools - ISAM, ISVA, AAC, Web seal/Reverse Proxy, MFA (Email OTP, SMS OTP, TOTP, RSA, Bio-Connect)
• ISAM implementation for banking applications using protocols such as OAUTH 2.0, Open ID connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos
• Good knowledge of Java Script, Ansible, Azure pipeline, Devops tools.
• Good to have – Troubleshooting experience of IAM issues
• Strong understanding in Federation SSO setup, should have implemented MFAs.
