Qualifications

• Minimaal 8+ jaar ervaring in cybersecurity en DLP

Responsibilities

• Beheer en optimaliseer Microsoft Purview DLP en aanverwante DLP-oplossingen.
• Ontwerp en implementeer DLP-beleidsregels en controles.
• Samenwerken met belanghebbenden om vereisten te begrijpen en afwijkingen te beheren.
• Samenwerking met Incident Response, Sec Ops, Compliance en Infra teams.
• Rapporteer KPIs en SLA's en verbeter service-effectiviteit.
• Ondersteun onderzoek door beleidskennis en bewijsmateriaal.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support and enhance ABB’s Information Protection services by driving secure, reliable and efficient operations. You will leverage your expertise to deliver, optimize and continuously improve data security services while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Operate, manage and optimize Microsoft Purview DLP and other enterprise DLP solutions.
• Design, deploy and maintain DLP policies and data protection controls aligned with business, compliance and security requirements.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, manage exceptions and support DLP adoption.
• Collaborate with DLP Incident Response, Security Operations, Compliance, Infrastructure and Application teams on incident management, policy tuning, and remediation.
• Incidents, KPIs and SLA performance to improve service effectiveness and reduce risk.
• Support investigations through policy expertise, evidence analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Manage service requests, incidents, problem management and operational activities following ITIL best practices.
• Maintain DLP documentation, standards, operational procedures and governance records.
• Support testing, pilot deployments, production rollouts and continuous service improvements.
• Evaluate and adopt new Microsoft Purview, AI Security, and Data Protection capabilities.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Data Protection, DLP, Information Protection or Security Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Classification, Sensitive Data Protection and Policy Management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance or similar enterprise DLP platforms.
• Experience managing DLP operations, incident handling, policy tuning, exception management and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge ITIL processes, KPI/SLA management, incident, problem and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global business and technical teams in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Certifications :

• Microsoft Purview Certifications (SC-401, SC-400, SC-500, or equivalent Security certifications)
• Data Security or AI relevant certificate
• ITIL Foundation Certification
