Job summary

ABB zoekt een AI Solution Architect voor Bengaluru die zal bijdragen aan succesvolle projecten op gebied van technologie, software en AI. Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt in R&D voor productgerelateerde kwesties en levert innovatieve oplossingen.

Je werkt in een hybride werkmodel en stemt ontwerpen af met data scientists, ML engineers en prompt engineers, met aandacht voor beveiliging en cloudtechnologieën.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 8+ jaar ervaring in softwareoplossingsontwikkeling, met ≥5 jaar data-ervaring en leiderschap
• Afgelopen ervaring als specialist met twee wereldwijde product-/oplossings-rolletjes
• Ervaring met Agile teams en actuele tools zoals AI-engines, DevOps en copilots

Responsibilities

• Leiden van oplossingsontwerp en toezicht op ontwikkeling, testen en implementatie
• Ontwerp van front-end en back-end, inclusief AI-componenten en beveiliging
• Stuur data scientists en ML-engineers aan bij rollout van oplossingen
• Beheer van ML-algoritmen en modellen voor analyse van grote datasets

AI Solution architect

n this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

This role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Lead the solution design and provide oversight for development, testing, operational readiness, and implementation of solutions.
• Responsible for design to release, solution roll-out, and designing front-end, back-end, and AI components, considering cybersecurity aspects and cloud technologies.
• Define the solution, guide data scientists, ML engineers, and prompt engineers, and enable the successful rollout of the solution, demonstrating a research/experimental mindset.
• Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and drive decision-making.
• Lead technology demonstrator initiatives on leading cloud platforms and evolve the project plan.

Qualifications for the role

• Strong solution and design expertise in the areas of data analytics, AI, GenAI, and rapid application development.
• At least 8+ years of experience in software solution development, with at least 5+ years of exposure in deep tech as a data lead and data specialist.
• Must have played the role of a specialist and led at least two successful global product/solution rollouts.
• Worked with Agile teams, with hands-on experience in recent tools and technologies (e.g., AI engines - LLM, SLM, DevOps, Copilots).
• Exposure to working with global stakeholders while demonstrating technology leadership.
• Master’s degree in computer science.
