ABB is wereldwijd een marktleider en zoekt een ervaren IS Project Manager in Bangalore, India. Je definieert planningsstrategieën, kiest projectleveringsmethodologieën en beheert belanghebbenden om tijdig, binnen scope en kosten te leveren.

Deze rol vereist 10+ jaar ervaring, sterke Engelse vaardigheden en ervaring met SAP of procurement. Een PMP-certificaat is een pluspunt. De werkplek is onsite/hybrid en rapporteert aan IS Service Owner-Procurement & Logistics.

Qualifications

• 10+ jaren ervaring met 5+ jaren in IS Project Management.
• SAP en/of procurement ervaring gewenst
• PMP of andere PM-certificatie is een pré
• Bachelor’s degree of hoger in Information System, engineering, finance, business management of gelijkwaardig
• Ervaring met complexe IT-omgevingen gewenst
• Vloeiend in Engels (schrift en spreken)

Responsibilities

• Definieer alle projectdocumenten inclusief scope, planning en risico’s.
• Voorspel contingenties en bepaal aanpak bij initiële fasen van het project.
• Toezicht op projectfinanciën, facturering, kosten en kasstroom.
• Communiceer projectprestaties en resultaten aan stakeholders

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.

The work model for the role is onsite/hybrid #Linkedin.

This role is contributing to business IS Services globally, based in Bangalore, India.

• Defining all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
• Using knowledge and experience to forecast contingencies at the initial stages of the project, assessing the availability of information and the risks and issues that may arise during the project and deciding on the best approach to proceed.
• Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
• Executing IS project communications and reporting IS project performance against the plan and expected business outcome.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• 10+ years of cumulative working experience with 5+ years of experience in IS Project Management
• Experience with SAP and/or procurement is desired
• PMP or other Project management certification is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Information system, engineer, finance, business management or equivalent program is required
• Experience with complex IT environment is desired
• Proficient in written and spoken English
