• Patent and Trademark prosecution for India, US and Europe, preparing necessary documents
• Manage the patent and trademark filing process, including accurate submissions and maintaining oversight of the patent portfolio compliance and deadlines
• Support prior art search projects, including FTO, EoU, Infringement searches, Claim charts, and Invalidity assessments

In this role, you will have the chance to refine and apply your IP skills, including prosecution, management, and drafting, while contributing to impactful IP projects in close collaboration with the team.

Role Specification:

• Patent and Trademark prosecution for India, US and Europe, preparing necessary documents
• and responding to official communications
• Manage the patent and trademark filing process, including accurate submissions and maintaining oversight of the patent portfolio compliance and deadlines
• Support prior art search projects, including FTO, EoU, Infringement searches, Claim charts, and Invalidity assessments
