Qualifications

• Bachelor or Post-graduate engineering degree with 2–4 years in patent drafting & prosecution.
• At least 1–2 years of US/EP Prosecution experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive others.
• Knowledge of a specific technical area is required.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Decision-making and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze examination reports and prior art cited by patent offices (EPO, USPTO, IPO).
• Draft clear, concise, and legally robust Office Action responses.
• Develop and implement patent prosecution strategies aligned with client objectives.
