SagaciousElevate seeks a Senior Associate in Global IP Prosecution to join our Prosecution Team and help protect innovative ideas across markets. You will draft and prosecute patent applications across India, US, and EPO jurisdictions, shaping global IP strategy.

You will conduct prior-art searches, manage responses to FERs and Office Actions, interview examiners, and advise clients on patent protection and infringement considerations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in patent prosecution/IP.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science—Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
• Strong technical background with familiarity of patent law and IP regulations.

As part of this role, you will:

• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on patent protection strategies and potential infringement considerations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1+ year in patent prosecution/IP

Technical & Academic Background

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science — preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Strong technical background in relevant fields; familiarity with patent law and intellectual property regulations for IPO and USPTO.
