CNH Industrial seeks a senior sourcing leader to manage global export activities from India-based suppliers to CNH plants across NAFTA, EMEA and LATAM. Lead commodity roadmaps, drive cost savings and ensure supply-chain sustainability.

You will coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, logistics and finance to resolve issues and maintain strategic supplier relationships. Bachelor's degree required; MBA advantageous. Regional benefits are offered.

• 20+ years of experience in automotive, agricultural equipment, or construction equipment sourcing.
• Experience in direct material purchasing, global sourcing or component export.

Job Purpose

• Lead global sourcing and component export activities from India-based suppliers to CNH plants across NAFTA, EMEA and LATAM.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for related components used in Tractors, Combines and construction equipment.
• Ensure sourcing decisions align with global commodity strategies and deliver competitive cost, quality, delivery, reliability and supply-chain sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify export-sourcing opportunities and deliver cost savings in partnership with global commodity teams and receiving CNH plants.
• Manage the complete RFQ process, including supplier identification, technical and commercial evaluation, cost analysis, pre-RFQ reviews and sourcing recommendations in accordance with the defined delegation of authority.
• Create and implement commodity sourcing roadmaps for NAFTA, EMEA and LATAM, aligned with plant requirements, localization plans and global purchasing strategy.
• Lead supplier development and industrialization from nomination through launch, ensuring APQP readiness, quality approval, capacity, packaging, logistics and export compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, SQE, quality, manufacturing, logistics and finance teams to resolve technical, commercial and supply-chain issues.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery and responsiveness, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong strategic relationships with key India-based suppliers and establish a sustainable pipeline of globally competitive sources.

Experience Required

• 20+ years of experience in automotive, agricultural equipment, construction equipment.
• Proven experience in direct material purchasing, global sourcing or component export within a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including raw materials, sheet metal, fabrication, welding, machining, castings, forgings, heat treatment and assembly etc.
• Experience in supplier identification, assessment, development, quality planning, costing, negotiation and contract management.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
