Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru, India seeks a specialist to Creation / Modification / Revision of Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) for Airbus programs. You will ensure compliance with Airbus standards, guide junior authors and illustrators, and train new joiners in both technical skills and process adherence.

The role requires analyzing change requests, performing root-cause analysis, and developing content for knowledge and training sessions to support engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Qualification : B.E / B. TECH In Aeronautical Engineering (or) AME or Diploma in Aeronautics with Technical publication experience.

Responsibilities

• Creation / Modification /Revision of Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) for Airbus SA, LR, MB and XWB (A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350 and A380) programs.
• Well aware of Airbus standards, Tools & Processes.
• Understand and follow the impact analysis to create the content to meet the change request.
• Ability to guide Jr. Authors / Jr. Illustrators, Authors / Illustrators.
• Ability to train newcomers both for technical competence and process adherence
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis for any rejections & take preventive actions
• Ability to develop content for Knowledge and Training Sessions
