You’ll work with ET Editorial teams to translate ideas into audience-relevant, commercially viable properties and manage end-to-end programming across formats.
Organisation: Times Internet / The Economic Times
Role: IP Ideation & Content Programming
Experience: 7–15 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
At Times Internet, we create premium digital products that simplify and enhance the lives of millions. As India's largest digital products company, we have a significant presence across News, Sports, Fintech, and Enterprise solutions — with market-leading brands such as TOI, ET, NBT, Cricbuzz, Times Prime, Times Card, Indiatimes, Abound, Willow TV, Techgig, and many more.
As an equal opportunity employer, Times Internet strongly promotes inclusivity and diversity, and was among the first Indian companies to achieve overall gender pay parity (verified by Aon Hewitt in 2018).
ET is India's largest and most respected business, markets, and personal finance news platform, trusted by business leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs across the country. ET Learning is our fast-growing upskilling arm — delivering premium, expert-led Masterclasses across AI, Money & Markets, Leadership, and Emerging Skills to India's most ambitious professionals.
The Economic Times is looking for a creative, curious and strategically driven professional who can conceptualise, develop and build new Intellectual Properties (IPs) across on-ground events, digital platforms and hybrid formats.
This role goes beyond generating ideas. You will be responsible for identifying relevant themes and industry conversations, collaborating with ET's Editorial teams, curating speakers and guests, and shaping the overall content strategy, agenda and programming of each IP.
You should be able to take an idea from a blank sheet of paper and turn it into a differentiated, audience-relevant and commercially viable property.
We're looking for someone who combines creative thinking, strong content understanding, editorial sensibility and commercial awareness.
You could be a Content Strategist, IP Producer, Conference Producer, Event Content Programmer, Creative Strategist, Editorial Programming Specialist or Digital Content Lead.
You don't necessarily need to come from a traditional news or television background. Experience in digital media, business content, industry conferences, branded content, events or emerging content formats is equally relevant.
What matters most is your ability to spot an opportunity, build a compelling IP around it, bring the right voices together and create content experiences that audiences value and brands want to associate wit
