Job summary

Solarworld Energy Solutions is seeking an Investor Relations professional to act as the primary contact for institutional investors, analysts, fund managers and other capital-market participants. The role includes organizing investor meetings, analyst calls, earnings calls, roadshows and site visits, and maintaining a comprehensive investor database.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, fund managers and other capital-market participants.
• Organise and coordinate investor meetings, analyst calls, earnings calls, roadshows, conferences and plant/site visits.
• Record investor feedback, market concerns and analyst observations and present actionable insights to senior management.
• Maintain an updated database of investors, analysts, meetings, queries and follow-up actions.
• Prepare quarterly and annual investor presentations, earnings releases, management briefing notes and other investor communication materials.
• Coordinate with Finance and business teams to analyse financial results, operational performance, order book, project execution, manufacturing performance and sector developments.
• Prepare key messages, talking points, anticipated questions and responses for management before earnings calls and investor meetings.
• Support the preparation of investor-related sections of the Annual Report, including business overview, performance highlights, strategy and management commentary.
