As VP – Investor Relations, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all investor relations activities and communicating the company’s financial performance and strategy to investors and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute revampp a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
• Create and maintain a proactive investor relations program.
• Manage regular interactions with financial community.
• Prepare and share investor presentations, annual reports, and other communications.
• Analyze financial performance, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with investors, and different stakeholders.
• Attend investor meetings, and conference calls to ensure effective communication and engagement.
• Attend investors’ queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications and disclosures.
• Closely working with legal, finance, and corporate communications teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Develop and implement communication plans to address potential issues and protect the company’s reputation.
• Provide assistance to senior management during crises or significant corporate events.
