Job summary

Quadrangle is seeking an Investor Relations professional to craft compelling investor communications and benchmark performance against peers. You will analyse financial data, prepare quarterly presentations, and collaborate with Corporate Communications on the Annual Report.

The role involves engaging with analysts and investors, upgrading modelling capabilities, and ensuring accurate, timely information delivery across all investor touchpoints in a fast‑moving FMCG context.

By developing these materials and undertaking various analyses, the role aims to deliver by strengthening the value of the Company to its investors and serving as a catalyst to improve strategic and financial decision making.

Support the Investor Relations function in driving a strong valuation premium for Company through effective communication of the Company's strategy, business performance, and long-term vision to investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.

Provide analytical insights, financial analysis, and an external market perspective to support strategic decision-making and enhance investor confidence.

Contribute to engaging with a broad investor base and analyst community through impactful communication, timely information dissemination, and high-quality investor interactions.

Lead the development and continuous enhancement of investor-facing communication materials, ensuring compelling storytelling supported by robust financial and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the Quarterly Investor Presentation for earnings announcements and investor communication, Quarterly peer-group results analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Continuous benchmarking of investor presentations and communication material against best-in-class peers.
• Preparation of AGM presentation materials and investor FAQs, incorporating analyst feedback and key investor concerns.
• Periodic update and maintenance of the Corporate Presentation.
• Development of presentations and communication collateral for special events such as Investor Day, conferences, roadshows, and other investor engagements.
• Partnering with the Corporate Communications team in the development of the Annual Report.
• Develop a strong understanding of analyst perspectives, industry trends, and market expectations.
• Preparation of analyst report summaries following quarterly results and key business announcements, including analysis of ratings changes, target price revisions, and earnings estimate movements.
• Collection, consolidation, and analysis of analyst estimates, recommendations, and consensus expectations, along with comparison against Company's reported performance.
• Provide timely and accurate analytical support for investor and analyst engagement.
• Collation and analysis of financial, operational, and market data to address analyst and investor queries.
• Maintenance of a repository of investor Q&A, historical financial data, analyst expectations, and key business metrics.
• Coordination and scheduling of investor and analyst meetings, ensuring efficient stakeholder engagement.
• Continuously benchmark investor messaging, disclosures, presentations, and engagement practices of leading FMCG and consumer companies.
• Stay abreast of business performance, market developments, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and investor sentiment to strengthen investor communication.
• Continuously upgrade financial modelling, valuation, storytelling, and analytical capabilities to enhance the quality of investor engagement and communication.
