Qualifications

• 6–10 years in VC, PE, growth equity, IB, or strategy consulting.
• Strong financial modelling and transaction execution capability.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating or working with technology-intensive businesses; aerospace, defence, energy, or advanced manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Independent judgment and first principles thinking.
• Ability to build trust with founders and stakeholders.
• High-ownership, high accountability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deal Origination – Build proprietary pipelines and strong founder relationships.
• Due Diligence & Evaluation – Lead comprehensive due diligence covering market, technology, competition, unit economics, team, and regulatory factors coordinating with domain experts for deep technical areas like propulsion, battery chemistry, and satellite systems.
• InvestmentEvaluation – Lead financial modelling, underwriting, and IC materials.
• TransactionExecution – Structure, negotiate, and close investments.
• PortfolioStewardship – Work closely with founders on strategy, growth, and governance.
• Fund & LP Engagement – Support fundraising, LP communication, and franchise building.
