Itvedant in India is seeking an Investment Banking Trainer to deliver engaging training across Investment Banking, Financial Markets, Financial Modeling, Valuation, M&A, and Financial Analytics. The role includes mentoring learners through practical, industry-focused projects and case studies.

The trainer will stay updated on regulations, standards, tools, and market trends to keep content relevant, while helping learners build portfolios, resumes, and interview readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–8 years of training and teaching experience with a strong finance background.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance with stock market related certification preferred.
• Ability to address student queries with clarity and patience.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with evolving financial regulations, accounting standards, industry tools, market trends, and best practices to ensure training remains relevant and industry-aligned.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Mentor and evaluate learners through doubt-solving, coding support, project guidance, assessments, performance tracking, and career preparation including portfolios, resumes, and interviews.
• Continuously enhance training programs by learning resources with emerging technologies, while collaborating with content teams.

Job Qualification & Skill Sets:

• 1-8 years of training and teaching experience with a strong finance background, with a strong passion for teaching and empowering students to build successful careers in finance.
• Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Finance(certification in financial & stock market related course preferred)
• Ability to effectively address and resolve students queries with clarity and patience.
