Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Investment Banking Expert on a contractor basis to support financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis for AI-focused projects. You will build and review Excel-based models, conduct company and industry research, and help train AI systems with real-world financial insights.

The role requires senior-level M&A exposure, strong Excel and pitchbook skills, and the ability to present clear, concise analyses.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate or VP level experience in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis skills.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
